booked 1 month ago for carpet cleaning and when day arrived told me technicians running late would be there later and then turned phone off. Even mentioned we moving to new house and have movers coming following day so please ensure you come. Told me don't worry and completely screwed us over. Just got my carpet washed by these guys and it’s awful. The guys are unprofessional and disrespectful. To top it, they don’t keep to time and they are not apologetic. I regret paying so much as $90 for a small carpet and getting such a disappointing result. You may need to check carefully before making payment.

Just did the carpet cleaning over the weekend and they told me that the cleaning was done within half an hour and the carpet will look clean after it gets dried. I don’t know how it’s possible to clean 2 rooms within half an hour. I enquired about this on the spot but they argued that it will be clean and left the place. The carpet was not clean even after a day. Very bad piece of work. Would not recommend.

Awesome experience. Tej was professional and did a great job cleaning out carpet. He used corner guards to avoid scratching the paint too! Definitely recommended!
